EDUCATIONAL ADVOCACY

     Seyward is a former special education teacher. She spent many years teaching in Anne Arundel County before becoming a mother and raising her two children in Carroll County. 

     She received her bachelors of science degree at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois.

     She believes that every child deserves equal access to education and that education should meet each child where they can be successful.
